1994 - 2000
- In 1994 I opened my own American School of Russian Ballet
in Memphis, TN.
- During 6 years I taught students from 8 years old to
adult, from the casual teen to the serious student (some of my
advanced students received scholarships to such summer programs
like Boston, Vail, Washington Vaganova Academy, ABT and Harid).
- My ballet school gave me more experience about teaching,
rehearsing and making choreography for all ages.
- During this 6 years I staged and choreographed Nutcracker,
Paquita, Les Sylphides and other classical and contemporary works.
- Taught classes:
Ballet
Character
Flamenco
Jazz
Pas De Deux
Variations
Present
- Today I continue to teach at two ballet schools in Memphis, TN
and guest around the country as teacher, dancer and choreographer.
My Goal
- Because there are several ways of teaching ballet in the USA, my
goal is to give students my best knowledge in the Russian Method and
make it work in harmony with other methods of teaching ballet.
